Pleated Membrane Filter

• Pleated membrane filter enables absolute as opposed to nominal microfiltration with retention rating down to 0.1 µm.
• Three-layers structure, absolute effective filters (absolute rating up to 99.99%).
• High dirt holding capacity, high flowrate and low pressure drop.
• 100% PP for chemical compatibility with a wide range of process fluids.
• End caps and inner outer core sealed by thermally bonded, free of binder.
• Various end configurations are available to fit all standard housings.

Melt Blown Filter

• PureGen’s melt blown depth filter cartridges are made purely from thermally bonded polypropylene fibres. No resin, binders, lubricants, antistatic agents, or other additives are used in their manufacture.
• This low pressure drop filters are suitable for food processing, or filtering silt, rust, and other particles. The density gradient across the media ensures a high filtering capacity and long life.

String Wound Filter

• PureGen’s String wound filter cartridges are true depth filters with the density gradient controlled by the progressive spacing of the string during the automated continuous winding process. This ensures a high filtering capacity and long life.
• This economical low pressure drop filter is suitable for filtering silt, rust, and other particles, and are available in a choice of materials.
