SAMYANG TRILITE Electrodeionizer (EDI)

TRILLITE EDI, a water treatment facility that produce pure water or ultrapure water through continuous deionization. The process does not use chemicals, work through a combination of DC current which consists of ion exchange membrane, ion exchange resin and an electrode.

The mechanism of the process in which multiple cell pairs are stacked in parallel between the positive (+) and negative (-) plates where the removal of ions from feed water to concentrated water is by using electrical potential. The ion exchange resin in the module is regenerated continuously by direct current and is responsible for the efficient flow of current and movement of ions.
